| Although realism is the basic ingredient of Victor Shtivelberg's
paintings, it is the mystic of his inner world, which is so fascinating for
the onlooker. Using symbols from divergent cultures he creates his
own strange and magnetic language; scenes, which are neither realistic
nor surrealistic. Over the years he has developed a brilliant, mature
and individual colour pallete, which he manipulates with great
sensibility.

| Victor was born in 1960 in Odessa, Ukraine. He graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Odessa.
Since 1987 Victor has participated in more than 10 personal exhibitions and over 40 various group exhibitions in different countries.
In 1993 he became a member of the International Association of Art.
His works are also presented in several museum collections and many private collections all over the world. |
